Digital Inclusion Initiative
NARCOG offers free computer classes for senior adults 50 years of age and older or for adults who are disabled. Courses are six weeks long, one hour each week.
Each session is a self-taught tutorial of basic computer skills guided by a Peer Coach. The Generations on Line Program is easy to understand and will teach the learner how to use the computer to send emails, search the internet for particular interests and help them feel more “connected” to his or her family, community, county, state, and the world. It is not necessary to own a computer to participate in these sessions.
